4 Spindle Retorquer

4 spindle cap retorquer with 1 set of side gripper belts. It has variable speed controls for the spindles and side belts. Hand crank adjustments. Height adjust able legs. Mild steel base with stainless top. It has removable plexiglass covering the front and back for safety but no safety switches are on them. In good working condition. Last used in a pharmaceutical facility.
