This suspension manufacturing vessel is 316L stainless steel. It's 20" diameter x 13" deep (40 litre capacity). It was built to have a Silverson high shear mixer attached but the mixer was never supplied to the manufacturer and there is no mixer with the unit. There is a sight glass in the top. It has all the bells and whistles you can think of, like vacuum and nitrogen purge. It was built to mix powders into liquids and keep in suspension with recirulation. It has a 2" outside diameter sani clamp outlet connection that's 34.5" from the floor. On casters. Comes out of a pharmaceutical facility. In excellent condition. Vessel mawp 40 / - 15 psig @ -20 to 300 F. Jacket mawp 75 / -15 psi @ 300 F.

This is an electrically heated jacketed kettle with double motion scrape surface mixer and emulsifier with vacuum capabilities. The kettle is 18" diameter x 20.25" deep (50 litre capacity). The lid has 2 inlets, a spray ball inlet and 2 vacuum ports. There is a viewing port and a light inside that can come on to see inside when mixing. The mixer is double motion and can run 0 - 64 rpm. The homogenizer runs down the centre of the mixer and sits at the bottom of the kettle. It can run 0 - 3600 rpm. It has a 1.5" ball valve outlet that's connected to a hose so it can drain out the back of the unit. Or you can raise out the mixer and tilt the kettle with a hand crank to empty it. The mixer lifts vertically out of the hopper by a hydraulic pump. It is hydro approved and has Allen - Bradley variable speed drives and Seimens smartline touch screen controls. In very good working condition. Last used in a cosmetic facility.

This is a jacketed scrape surface kettle with emulsifier in the bottom and vacuum capabilities. The kettle is 29.5" diameter x 36.75" deep (250 litre capacity). The lid has 2 inlets, 2 spray ball inlets and 2 vacuum ports. There is a viewing port and a light inside that can come on to see inside when mixing. The mixer is single motion scrape surface and can run in forward and reverse. It can run 0 - 64 rpm. The homogenizer is in the bottom centre of the kettle and it can run 0 - 3600 rpm. It has a 3" outside diameter sani clamp connection. The mixer lifts vertically out of the hopper by a hydraulic pump. It is hydro approved and has Allen - Bradley variable speed drives and Seimens smartline touch screen controls. In very good working condition. Comes with an extra homogenizer. Last used in a cosmetic facility. Height fully opened. 136.25" tall.

All stainless steel steam jacketed kettle. The kettle is 21" diameter x 18" deep. With a lid. It has a hand crank tilt that's when fully tilted is 11.75" from the floor. The kettle is on a stainless frame with leveling feet. Last used in a food facility. It was completely refurbished then never put back into production. Comes with manual and parts list. CRN OH2431.5. National board 24877. MAWP 35 psi @ 281 deg F. MDMT 32 deg F @ 35 psi.

Toronto Coppersmith 60 Gallon Jacketed Kettle

This jacketed kettle sits on a mild steel painted frame that has a Waukesha 018 pump attached to it. The kettle is 32" diameter x 24" deep (approximately 60 gallon) with a bridge. One side of the bridge has a hinged grate the other side is solid with a 2.5" outside diameter sani clamp inlet. Mounted to the bridge is a 1 hp Delta mixer (model 3N16) that has a 19.5" long shaft with a propeller as well as a saw tooth blade attachment. The kettle also has a separately driven 1 hp anchor style mixer. It has a 3" diameter threaded outlet that T's off to either a 1 hp Waukesha pump or a butterfly valve that 12" from the floor. There is also an ASB electric heater with water pump attached to the frame too. The frame is on casters. In good condition. Last used in a bakery.

It has a two piece hinged cover with bridge. The kettle is 47" diameter x 42" deep overall and 36" to the top of the sweep. It has a 3.5" sani clamp connection outlet that's 31" from the floor. There is an extension piece on the outlet that's has valve that's also 3.5" outside diameter which is 23.5" from the floor. It has mild steel painted legs. In good condition. Last used in a food facility. CRN# EB018.5 / ONT No. 5-379964.

All stainless steel self contained scrape surface kettle. 31.5" diameter x 14" deep to the top of the mixing blade (20" deep to the to the bridge). Approximately 35 gallons. The mixing shaft is removable for cleaning. I has a hand crank to tilt. The spout is 7" from the floor when fully tilted. Digital screen display. Looks to have never been used or very little use. Comes out of a food facility.
